Hi

I am new here, basically i want to relocate to Tenerife and i started to get more info about the options i have, i would like to buy a property but as i understood for non-residents banks give 60% of credit which is below what i need, i am looking into buying a plot in cash and build a house with the help of a bank, can anyone tell me if this is a good option and what would be the cost for a 3 bedroom house and if i have chances for bank to finance that.

€600 M2 basic build cost for builder, depending on the finish you require that can go up.

Builder cost around that yes for a basic regulation build,

Customers charge would be around €800 M2 upwards.

These prices are a guide for you to get an idea.

They do not include the land nor paperwork etc

I would only recommend a company when i knew exactly what you were looking for.

Sorry i don't recommend people for the sake of it.

I need a company that builds houses, starting with house plan up to interior. Would look into a modern design.

you will need more than the deeds of the land to secure a loan from a bank here, urban plots are,nt cheap I,ve
got a few my cheapest is 160,000 euros 700m2 40% volume build, in a top resort.rustica plots come cheaper but
not without their headaches If I was you I,d come over and do lot,s and lot,s of research ,good luck...

Ok thanks. I'm ok with rural i am not necessarily looking in town, i would actually prefer something more quiet, if it's close to the city though. I don't have time to go there just yet, right now i'm exploring all possibilities.
