Hi all and thanks for accepting me into this group.
I'm Mark and I'm a guitar teacher. My wife and I are looking to move over to Tenerife soon . We are looking around the Los Gigantes area mostly. We will rent initially until we 'find our feet'. I've spoken at length with Estate agents, family and friends that have property out there but any advice on the pitfalls etc is much appreciated!
I am teaching guitar at the moment in the UK and want to transfer my business as seamlessly as possible to Tenerife so in order to make our dream a reality I would need to build up my student base in Tenerife before we move. So If you use Skype and have an interest in guitar lessons you can take lessons with me until we make the move in a few months. We can then start face to face lessons if you that works for you.
