Native english teacher with experience required.
We are a language school that opened recently in Costa Adeje and we are in need of native english speakers.
The conditions of the job are as follow, divided in 2 steps: 1) before growth (currently), 2) and when it starts growing.
1) In the pre-grow stage we are paying 10 euros per hour if there is 1 student per class, 11 euros if there are 2 students per class, and so on until the 15 euros per hour if there are 6 students per class. The teacher will have to register as autonomo (self employed) in the social security, but the monthly cost of doing it is paid by the school.
2) When the number of students begins to grow, the idea is to make a contract (still the teacher is self-employed and the monthly cost is paid by the school) for a fixed amount per month, so as to have the complete availability of the teacher to continue booking more students. This amount would be in the range of 800-1.000 euros per month (net) depending of the number of students enrolled for classes.
