Hi i'm red2305 (carolyn to my friends), just booked a 6 day break to costa adeje on impulse. Staying on my own at the Jacaranda. Can anyone give me any info on wheres the best places to eat/drink, also is it safe to get airport taxis on my own or do people recommend getting a bus transfer?

Jacaranda is a sound hotel, you are in a very pleasant area of Fañabe.. and if you like typical English meals etc. brekkie,dinner. just across from your hotel is Fañabe Plaza with shops etc including "The Pantry" tea rooms who do lovely snacks at very reasonable prices ...Taxi rank right opposite your hotel entrance ask the commisonaire to call you one ..shouldn,t think you will have any problems..enjoy ..
