1 bed apartment needed For June 2014 in the Las Americas area

Hi everyone, i´m looking for a 1 bed apartment in las americas fro the all month of June or from the 2nd to the 23rd of June. It´s for my mum and my untie (2 Lovely ladies on their 60s) no smokers no pet. It needs to be walking distance from the sea and as close as possible to Iceland area. Colombus, Tajinastes, Colon II, Jacaranda Santiago I or II would be all perfect but anything in the area will do.
