hi...
hope i posted in correct place regarding a problem we have.
We have been a bit naieve and bought a motorcycle from a supposed "friend".....i know stupid but ..
Anyway we transferred money to his uk bank and before we could do the transfer to our name he has returned to uk with no address etc.
We dont have full docs but want to itv the vehicle so we can at least use it untill we can locate the guy (which is in hand but may take some time).
Just wondered if anyone has experienced this and if we cacan go to the trafico or itv just to get ut on the road meantime.
long shot but advice much appreciated guys!
