Well, it is getting very interesting now. Tenerife are on great form and they are closing in on the top places in the league. Tough test though on Sunday against Numancia who are the away day specialists.

Wonderkid Ayoze Perez will be back in action. All football fans should see this lad before he leaves for bigger things. 8 matches left - 8 finals.

The two ex-players are Natalio and Julio Alvarez who were in the relegation team back in 2011. They were thought to be the two "poison" players in the changing room and part of the reason for our downfall that year. Lets give them plenty of stick for the first few minutes but then after that get back to cheering on the blanquiazules. Sometimes the more stick you give a player the more motivated they can be and they might end up having the game of their lives.

It´s going to be a cracker.

Match day and the atmosphere is building. Should be the second best crowd of the season today. Las Palmas lost last night so we have a chance of over taking them in the league.

If you have nothing better to do, get yourself up to Santa Cruz this afternoon. Ayoze Perez plays after shaking off an injury. He is worth the admission money alone. Prices start at 15€.

If you do go remember the International Fan Club "Armada Sur" meet before the game just down from the stadium - 200 meters down the calle San Sebastian. A big paella is being laid on today by our bar. Should be a good day but overall we need to win!!

Might not need play off. Currently 4th in league,but Barcelona B who are 3rd cannot go up,so are 3rd. Only 4 points off Eibar in 2nd and better head to head
