Are there any disabled beach facilities in Los Cristianos?

i am not aware of changing rooms but i think there is a shower near the harbour beach,if this is the one you called disabled?
go along coast the coast towards americas,its better that way for facilities

I thought the facilities had been moved to las Galletas but perhaps i imagined that
