Are Endesa charging for electric contracts?

I have received a bill notification from my bank says Factura de Electricidad Contrato de Endesa Energia and money has been taken from my account.This isn't my usual two monthly bill and I'm wondering if Endesa have introduced an annual fee for having their contract. Anyone know anything? thanks

Maybe someone can help me. I can Login no problem to Endesa on my PC but now wanted to do the same on my Smartphone but they just say "sorry try again later". What am I doing wrong?
