Where can I find out about buying an apartment in Los Geranios complex?

I am keen to buy a one bedroom apartment in Los Geranios in San Eugenio Bajo - but ONLY on this complex. If anyone knows of one available can they let me know.

Contact Alan Dow as he is selling off some of his assets , there are a couple of other private ones for sale but at silly prices (€200K+)!
