After spending ages trying to understand the ins and outs of getting the electric on, I now find the water is not so easy either.
The meter is there but just capped off after the property became empty. There are no debts but I am told I need a 'acomple de agua and sanamiento' and/or Boletin/license (got a little confused as to whether they were all the same thing or more than 1.
Any plumbers here that can understand this?
