In most respects there is not a great demand for a vet in San Eugenio purely on the basis of numbers of people living there. Having said that however on the upper floor and on the very left hand side of the main shopping centre you will find a Spanish only (well used to be) speaking Vet who was very good.
Now, that not being suitable, I think you,re having to consider further afield, el Camison, just behind the Green Hospital, would be my first choice. After that its outb of town, La Camella etc etc.

AFAIK, the vets by the roundabout by Oro Blanco speak English. 5 -10 minutes walk from National Police Station in Las Americas

Simply amazing the views of certain members on the "walking distance from San Eugenio"! Just as well that there is a hospital near to one suggested.
