and would be able to complete very quick,or even a place that doesn't need renovating if its cheap enough.

The apartment is for my son and his wife at the moment they live with me in Torviscas but any area would
be suitable,as for budget that's why I stated one the needs renovation would be OK as for the price the cheaper the
better as the money is coming from me.
