Best bet is to get a gestor to do it for you.

I believe that it is paid every year at around this time

Have a read here: http://www.diana-mcglone.com/Non-Resident-Home-Owners-and-Annual-Property-Taxes.htm#Nonrestaxspain. If you do not let out for gain the amount of the tax is calculated using a formula derived from the Valor Catastral (ratable value) of the property each owner has to declare and pay pro-rata for their share in the property and the returns are submitted and paid by the last banking day before December 31 of the year following the year in question. ie Tax due for 2013 payable by 31 dec 2014. (There are different rules for property which is let out and for owners with more than one property)

Can anyone tell me if you can check what tax you have paid over the years on the internet or at an office. I have been told that the office is in Los Cristianos but not where it is, does anyone know where it is and can you just go in there and ask about your tax affairs?
I am not sure that our gestor has paid the tax office for us every year.......

Near Hospiten Sur Green Hospital - you will need an appointment https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/es13/s/tccitccppci0?= take your passport and NIE. You can only check your affairs via the internet if you have a digital certificate or have signed up for the PIN clave system. Having said that the Gestor should provide you with recipted copies of the modelo 210s that have been presented
