Endesa disconnected

Hi,
Can anyone please advise me? We have an apartment in the Golf del sur. I think our electricity has been disconnected. We due to arrive tomorrow night (assuming our ryanair flight goes ahead).

What is the quickest was to get reconnected? How much will it cost? Is there anything I can do from home, it will be hard to manage with 4 young children and no electricity.

This is what I'm dreading. Still had no electric taken from our account, and no letters either.

We got the water disconnected in April with some kind of banking hiccup/scam.

Are Endesa doing the same?

I'm not sure what's going on yet. According to Endesa we haven't been cut off.

I registered online and was eventually able to 'chat'. They responded within a few hours and in English.
