Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum and relatively new to Tenerife
I'm in Las Americas and recently joined up to Minimal Fitness Club, I'm looking to go full steam ahead on my old exercise routine and all I'm looking for a couple of things to round it off.
Does anyone know of any circuit training and/or Thai Boxing classes around the area?
