Can anone recommend any vegetarian restaurants in Tenerife?

I know the majority of places do offer vegetarian options but these can be a bit limited, does anyone know of or can recommend a restaurant that specialises.

Further to my post about La Pepa in Los Cris, there is a stall there, near the back, that has just vegetarian food options that looked delicious. Have interesting drinks as well, Kombucha and Aloe Vera for example
