Are you still advertising for a Recruitment consultant?
I have not had direct experience but in my previous role I worked for 2 years in Financial Services in Edinburgh. Working with HR and recruitment on a weekly basis pulling together contracts/extensions and contacting agencies to agree terms & conditions etc.
