i will share a funny story with you all about a night out i had in my teens quite a few years ago;), there was always about 20 of us lads that went out together on a weekend and the one lad gary was great britain judo champ 1979, and on one particular night allens parents were away and he invited about 8 of us back to have a drink and a takeaway at his house, well as you can imagine there were only so many beds and a sofa to sleep on, and my best mate roger wanted the sofa, but my other mate gaz wanted it as well, they ended up offering each other out and stated that whoever won the fight would get the sofa, well we all went outside and gaz preseeded to prance about doing his moves to show how good he was and roger just stood there watching him for about 2-3 mins, then he just swung a punch and knocked gaz clean out:lol: and said "so the sofa's mine then:lol: we dragged gaz in and he slept his punch off on the floor:lol:

I lost interest when I realised there's no beach volleyball.

I'm a bit of a pie man myself.
Cant stand these so called pies in pubs that are just a bowl of stew with a lid crust on top. Pseudo pies.

I really enjoyed the games and thought that it was brilliant and it did Glasgow & Scotland proud but there were parts of the opening & closing ceremony that were quite frankly rubbish and a bit embarrassing EG Karen Dunbar
