Debtors in a community, a possible solution.

Thanks to a certain court ruling it is now possible, under certain conditions, to prohibit debtors from using non-essential community facilities like the pool or the tennis court.

I have tried to attach a document regarding this issue but without success (although it is just one page the size of the document is apparently too big). Those people interested can send me an e-mail (info@hestria.es).

Email sent René , we already disconnect TV and phone services from Debtors and this helps to "persuade" some to pay up - denial of other facilities such as pool would be great .
Would reception be class as non-essential ?
We have one persistent individual on top floor , pity lifts are essential I would imagine!
