View Full Version : Other Small storage space needed urgently

We need to store the personal possessions (no furniture) of a defaulted tenant - resisting the urge to throw them away! We have not been able to find anywhere here who can do this immediately and are now desperate to clear the place and get it ready for new tenants. Has anyone any ideas, please?

Maybe try member gsc she was offering storage space in thread below maybe worth a try

And the "defaulted tenant" ... where is he ? Absconded or just abroad and expecting to return to the property ?

Back in the UK at the moment - owes a lot of money and will not be back in the property - locks changed etc. Will use an agent next time - one of those people who are full of promises and no action. Still, worse things can happen and we are getting it sorted.

Just be aware there are issues around summarily going in and changing locks.
