No Lidl is not Dutch but it has the same supplies as in the Netherlands (and some more local things).
Lidl is German.
But I think the question is more about getting the same stuff as in Holland.

Is there a Dutch supermarket in the south?In Los Cristianos, Fontana Square, it's the old Razzamatazz restaurant.

d'n Hollander Eethuis on Calle la Paloma in LC used to be a Dutch supermarket apparently (according to the owner/staff) but is now just a restaurant, albeit a very good one for Dutch staples such as chicken sate, bitterballen, etc..
