Might be an idea to book a budget apartment or hotel room and have a look at the estate agents when you get there.
Estate agents don't normally take bookings very far in advance. You could try Booking.com or Travel republic to book a room for a night or two. Have a look at the trip advisor site for Puerto de la cruz they have a holiday rentals section . good luck

I was going to say you will be lucky to book an apartment for such a short time most are a minimum of 6 months but there are plenty of budget aparthotels and budget rooms with breakfast as melm says if you look on the contacts he has given
