Comfy accommodation wanted for 3 or 4 weeks in South Tenerife

New to the forum, we visit Tenerife at least twice a year and in February/March 2015 we are wanting to rent something for about 3 or 4 weeks.
We are "young" 70 year olds but rather than rent a holiday apt we would love a little home from home with washer,full cooker and UK tv.
ideally Las Americas or Los Cristianos. prefer level situation handy for the seafront strolls.
