The CC Meridiano has many shops as well as Primark, including a Carrefour (http://www.ccmeridiano.com/tiendas/directorio/); depending on the time you have it is also only a short walk to El Corte Ingles and not that far towards the centre of Santa Cruz itself. It is an easy drive and free parking if you are doing it yourself.

Carrefour first stop on the way in .loads of shops in the mall ...most likely spend most of the first few hours in there ..then Al Campo.. and neighbouring shops.. by the time you come out of there you,ll probably want to come back to the Devon ..
if you are up to it go into Santa Cruz and wander around there in a daze of spent money and loss of direction..we usually do .... oh yeah dont whatever you do miss Marks and Spencers food outlet ..

You can walk from the Carrefour to Nuestra Senora de Africa and than into the Centre of the city. Santa Cruz is the best place to shop on Tenerife.
