Has anyone used the IKEA online ordering system for collection at Las Chafiras?

We are not in Tenerife at the moment, but I want to order some things for our apartment.

If I order them online, using my card, and a friend goes to collect them, will they ask for the payment card or ID?

I'm sure they would that's standard practise - or they would ask for the confirmation email, you could then order in your friend's name then they can go along with the email and their ID

I did this here ordering from J Lewis in London, a friend collected and brought back to Wales. I could have had it delivered but it was a gift

Ordered on the phone this week and all they asked for when I went to pick up was my phone number
