Is Port Royale wheelchair friendly?

do all the apartments in PORT ROYAL have wheelchair access can you access all
outside areas without using stairs " via ramps "
I know port royale is up a steep hill

No there are only certain apartments that are wheelchair friendly from the point of view of access.
They would almost certainly be ground/pool level only as there are no lifts and plenty of steps around the complex so ask lots of questions before you think of booking. You could probably manage from taxi using slope near reception, then continue on to around pool level but doubt whether you could access any other areas.
I know of someone on there who advertises their apartment as wheelchair friendly even though it is on the 3rd floor! That is because a couple who stay there are fortunately able to carry their folding wheelchair up the flights of stairs!
