the fireworks have just started as part of tonights Sardine procession etc and can be seen from the webcam, however just as the fireworks started they finished - times must be bad !!!

I think they were there the other day.
There seems to be a procedure for this malarky.
1. walk up to pole (no not a polish person) the pole - looking normal like nothings going to happen.
2. get your phone out and walk around a bit - look like you're having some kind of conversation - even tho there's no one there coz it's far too expensive to call home on your mobile.
3 look up for the whereabouts of the webcam - make sure no one is watching you.
4. then wave like a madman till someone comes along. :whistle:
5 pretend to end your call and casually walk away making sure you haven't been seen or even worse filmed:D

Well you lot, I did wave at 1pm on the dot and lots of other times over the past two weeks. I am so glad none of you saw me so I can still be 6 ft tall with long flowing blonde hair yippee!! There are folk waving constantly now while they talking on the phone some look as if they need certified , they are manic. On to the motorised scooters , they are an accident waiting to happen , saw some idiots on them with children standing up on them too, absolute nutters, the lot of them.

See we were all poised - think the hour change has affected our times it was 10 to 1 not 10 to 2
No I honestly did wave at that time on the Saturday at 1 pm was not too sure where the actual camera was at that time so waved in a few different areas , OH said he felt a right twit.We saw the actual camera on the second week and we should still have been seen where we did wave ...if that makes sense.

The trick is to make sure there isn't a space between the @ and the name.
Also the name has to be exactly how it is in the person's avatar. As an example, my Toto 99 has a capital "T" and a gap before the "99".
I've noticed sometimes when people mention me in their posts, if they do it wrongly only the "Toto" hightlights. Another member has the name Toto. They're probably sick to death of being alerted by stuff that's meant for me....:lol:

Salvino is probably the most pleasant PR you could find, he used to work at the restaurant next door to the Miami and still works at one of the kiosks selling boat trips...it's hard to walk past him without a chat, but like you we have never been in a restaurant where he works....we must try the Bora Bora and then we won't feel guilty.:D
