Is anyone using CSTI TV experiencing problems with channels showing picture but no sound?
Tried to contact them but I have been cut off by them twice.

Have you tried unplugging the scart lead from the box and TV then plugging it back in again.

It was worth a try but it still does not work. It is only affecting channel ITV and 4, all the others appear to be OK. They were fine this morning early.
Would not be so bad if you could contact them at CSTI very frustrating I think that I will have to invest in something else.

why dont you go to see them we just went there to update they are very helpfull check your connections from the arial

This happened to us yesterday at lunchtime. Were unable to get ITV or channel 4 for the rest of the day. I have not yet contacted them. Let me know how you get on when you get to speak to them. Good Luck
