Room required in the Costa Adeje area for at least winter 2014/15

Hi guys,

I'll be arriving this week, and looking for a room or flat share in close to puerto colon, I.e. San Eugenio, torviscas, playa las Americas, Los cristianos.

I'm starting a new job in the area, I only have a short term commitment, but hoping to stay for the whole winter, maybe even longer.

I don't require much, any size room, with bathroom and kitchen access, washing machine, wifi would be great, looking to pay 200-275pm depending on size quality etc.

I'm British, 24yo male, clean, low maintenance, non smoker, no hassle.
