Anybody have suggestions how to get the best rate from a house sale here.The bank wants a lot of money just to deposit a bankers draft into my account and then more money and not a good rate to transfer to uk.Has anyone used Moneycorp?

Google Transferwise its the lastest thing and very good, charge a lot less than the banks

I always use either www.currencyfair.com or www.smartcurrencyexchange.com (http://www.smartcurrencyexchange.com/quote.aspx?src=i&trk=124179) depending on who I can get the better rate off I the time of transfer. It's worth getting 2 or 3 quotes.

I use Smart and have done for a few years now

I use Smart and have done for a few years now

My mum's just used Smart to transfer the fund for her property purchase and got 1.26 fixed.
