the op seems like a genuine poster? just looked at previous posts and they seem relevant, maybe they have sold it, because even though they posted it on here they may have it advertised elsewhere? at the end of the day i wouldn't just rely on a forum to sell an apartment, and tbh at the price they were asking i doubt it would take long to sell anyway?
