Easyjet drop their prices

Looked at easy jet website last night, noticed the flight that I have purchased has dropped

By £200, got in touch with easy jet they insured me with a voucher for that amount

Flight: 19/12/14. To 2/1/15. Thought by booking early would get the best deal.

But no refund only voucher insured.

That's good of them to offer anything imo. I assume they wouldn't come after you to make up the difference if/when the price rises closer to departure date?

At least you get a refund, even as a credit note. I dont know of any other low cost airline who does that.

I have just booked an Easyjet flight for me and the wife. When I put the details in for the search I only put in for 1 person, rather than for 2. The price came back as £40.99.

Realising my mistake I went back and changed it to 2 people and did the same search again. The price came back as £34.99 each !?

Wondering what was going on I went back and changed it to 5 people, same search and the price per person was only £31.39 ?

Has anyone else seen this variable pricing ?
