It would be great if the Premiership teams respected the history of this great competition and fielded what they consider a strong team against their opponents. Surely it should not be all about money and the premiership?
I agree ,unfortunately thats the way things have gone. Our greatest Cup Competition now no more than an added distraction to some teams.. Sad:redcard:

Down to 11th after our 11th draw of the season - only lost 3 games so far and have Blackpool on Saturday. Fingers crossed they keep up their bad start to the season.

We always find teams who have been doing poor come and give us a battering. 11th is a good place at this stage of season, looks like you need a few more wins.
Things are so good and positive again at Ewood. GB has turned us around and made some shrewd signings too.

Yes, you were on a good little run until Saturday. Unfortunately I don't get to as many games as I'd like due to working Saturdays so have to make do with Sky and online feeds.
GL vs Brentford on Sat though they are a surprise this season so may not be easy, but obv BL for the following week :)

Typical Rhodes finds his form again today. Could be worse...could be a Blackpool fan!

It was funny really, guy who sits next to my hubby turned to his mate and said 'Rhodes is too slow and will never score, not good enough for PL' and about 60 secs later, bag in the back of the net.
We've got a really good strike partnership in Rhodes and Gestede.

We'll see you in 2 weeks for the cup game at your place. Had contemplated on going as son lives in London and train/tickets cheap.

Yes Gomez - one of our academy lads (that West Ham haven't nicked!) Has been doing OK in U17s too for England.
