Thank you I am going to see if they let me register, having a few problems and worried I will need treatment whilst I am there.

I usually plan in advance, what needs to be done .....to coincide with my next visit.....except emergencies (pain) :D
If you're not living there......call in advance to make an appt.:p

Hi sorry to bother you, but have you had root canal or extractions I have a problem with a tooth and am pretty sure my own dentist is missing something, really worried it will flare up when I get there, will they see you in an emergency?

Ring them a week or ten days before you go and tell them the prob and ask for a free assessment and a quote for any painless proceedure you may need. Go at the start of your holls to allow plenty of time and thus try to avoid emergencies.;)

I can't think of one reason why a person would want to go to Tenerife on holiday and start the procedure of having root canal treatment, surely you would want this procedure completed (where possible) several weeks before.
It's worth reading this link..........

While the root canal therapy you've had performed for your tooth will hopefully last you a lifetime, complications, and even outright treatment failures, can and do ...

Are you afraid of the dentist? :p

I go to the dentist at least twice a year and as for being afraid, once you've had a few Lumber Puncture procedures, then the fear of a dentist would be my last worries!:)

How often are you in Tenerife and for how long a period???

Usually 3 times a year and for 10 or 12 days at a time. ;)

Well I've now seen an NHS Dentist, a private dentist and both told me they cant see anything wrong with my teeth, only cost me £150, now been referred to an ENT specialist for chronic sinusitis which I have never had before in my life, great seeing as last year I had Bronchitis all over Xmas, again first time in my life, fun this getting old lark!rolleyes2:

For insurance I would be classed as a smoker but I probably smoke less than 10 a year, its a rare occurrence.
