Does anyone know when the new port in Fonsalía is expected to be finished?

I took a walk up towards Fonsalía yesterday with my mum and we came across the building works for the new port there, but nothing much was happening. I was wondering if anyone had any news about it?

Looks like it's being slowed down while they check it's not harmful to our turtle friends.
