Has anyone configured a second router as a VPN to a UK IP address for UK TV?

I hate networks and am bamboozled. Probably going to need to get some IT guy to do it for me.

If you run Firefox, why not use Zenmate, it allows you to choose your IP country and choose another. Not sure what country choices you will be given in Spain though.

I wanted it to work with a rokubox which has no VPN settings in it. Now given up and purchased a couple of xbmc boxes :)
