Transporting my belongings from Tenerife to Malaga

Does anyone know of anyone who could help. We´re looking at moving to Malaga and are trying to find the best way to move our gear of approx 180 kilos on 5 or 6 March. Could someone recommend anyone ???

The boxes you can post are fairly big up to 20kg per box

Thanks, we checked with the post office but the ones they had were too small. After checking various places we finally were able to get boxes of up to 30kg at €2.99 per two boxes from Ikea. Of course after we had bought these we saw at the Chinese closest to Hyperdino various smaller size boxes. :grrrr: First they are no-where to be found and then they are everywhere, ah well.

Then after ten frustrating phone calls of getting the run around :censored:, we finally spoke to Nina of DHL who luckily spoke English and has given us excellent service. So we are getting most of our gear shifted through DHL at a cheaper price then the other quotes we´ve received, but we´ll have to pay a duty at the other end of 21% of the cost of our gear. The stuff we can´t take with us I´ll have to see if I can still sell it to anyone.

The quote we received is for transport of 14 days for 12 boxes, measuring 56 x 33 x 41 at 15kg is €350.- plus 21%. In our case it will be 3 weeks as they leave on certain dates. They service from house to house, or house to first depot in our case, till we notify them of our new address. The other offers received were €450.- and above.
