I need to know if I can buy these items in Tenerife

Hi, I hope this is ok in this section?!

This probably seems like a mad question! Just want to check I can buy the following items before I fill my suitcase with them!

Do you know if I can buy the following items please:
Marmite
Peanut butter
Bread flour and yeast
Also is there a health food shop in the Adeje area for items such as quinoa and chia seeds?

And lastly, apart from Mercadona is there a good bakers somewhere for nice bread? I love wholemeal seeded bread or rye bread.

Bread flour and fresh yeast in Mercadona as well as most supermarkets.

Mercadona also has their own Hacendado brand of peanut butter but I prefer brands such as Calvé found in other supermarkets.
