DANCE, DANCE DANCE!
I finally discovered a lovely dance school in Adeje town, that delivers Latin (Salsa, bachata, chachacha, zumba, pilates , latin dance for children) as well as YOGA :)
The courses are inexpensive (20-30eu/month-2 sessions per wk), and it has a nice, warm, and friendly ambience, free from alcohol, and drugs you see in discos.
It is based in Avenida Constitucion, Adeje town 1.5 miles further up from Superdino supermarket, and its called "Association de Baile: Sigueme"
