Does Las Chafiras sell paint which you mix from a colour sample?

I want to take my curtain fabric sample and have it scanned in and a colour mixed to match, any ideas where I can get this done?

Chafiras do mix paint but not sure if they scan the fabric. they have charts you can look at and get the paint mixed if you find a match.
