Yes, Bank Holiday throughout Espana. LIDL in the South will probably be open on Friday.

Lidl in Adeje is closed tomorrow for the holiday, seen the notice when I was up there today.

I appreciate this thread is about Mercadona but just to chip in that Iceland Tenerife branches are all open according to their website.

OOOPPS..Sorry i was asked was Mercadona closed for Bank Holiday Tomorrow or Friday .
Looked on the website under Horarios Festivos and read 4/10/2015.... glanced at the calendar on the wall behind the PC and read Friday 4th .....but still looking at September ..doh....
Of course 4/10/2015 is a Sunday and they are mostly closed every Sunday ....!!
