am having a lot of difficulty getting any satisfactory response from Euro Mueble at Las Chafiras regarding a faulty sofa I bought from them.
Does anyone else have, or has had, a problem getting any customer service from this company.
The sofa I have bought has obviously faulty fabric in one area but Euro Muenble refuse to do anything about it even though I have asked them if they will supply me with some fabric with which I can repair the sofa at my expense. Their attitude seems to be - tough it's my problem!
