why is it so hard to fill a resume on the net?

whats up folkes? just want to said why is it soooo hard to fill out a resume on companys websites?
for me what happed to the old days you fill out a resume turn it in and wait for the call for the interview!!. now you go to their sites and it is sooo hard to fill out. link broken, fill out your resume and at the end it give you a number and letter code to send it in you copy it and it reply the is the wrong code. wrong code? it is the same thing ugh!!! drive anyone crazy. you go back to the company and tell them it doent work. they look at you with the face look you lyning .. it works!! before you you know it you fill out on the site get a reply saying sorry you have to send a fax. you send a fax few sec later they reply saying sorry we only take vhs,betamax, casstleplayer etc. feel like that!! any one else fed up with all this stuff. and want to return to the good old days. turn in your resume and wait for the call!!!
