Movistar contract online

I'm trying to complete the Movistar contract, online.
The only difficulty I have is with the address (direccion) field.
No matter what I put in it is rejected.
Any good ideas anyone? I'm at The Sunset, calle Galicia, Torviscas Alto.
I'm in UK at present but want to get set up for mid-October.

In the direccion put just C/ Galicia, in numero put 43 (this is your building number, in the codigo postal put 38660 fill in your email and document type NIE and your number, you will then move to the next level. this is where the fun begins, I hope your know your bloque etc.

Ha, ha. I see what you mean, Karen. Thanks for getting me past the first hurdle but no, Ive no idea
of the 'bloque' number. Some of the other required entries look a bit shaky, too.
