UK & Spanish TV

I'm looking for a method, preferably through ADSL that will allow us to watch Spanish and also English TV with no ongoing charges.

If you mean free not really unless your on a complex that provides it, if your in your own property no UK freeview anymore ATM, Spanish freeview you will still need to buy a dish/aerial & settop box....
