Long term Rental Min 6 months

Hello all, I have been looking for a long term rental apartment for myself for a few months now. As I am not coming to Tenerife until december 16th, it has meant that I have been unable to place a deposit down before now. If anybody has a studio/1 bed or 2 bed place in torviscas bajo/san eugenio bajo/puerto colon etc area then please PM me. I am moving alone so any help regarding finding a property to rent long term would be helpful. I have tried milanuncios dot com and idealista etc, I just wanted to know if there are any private owners on here to get in touch with as there doesn't seem to be much available as it is snowbird season. Budget of up to 700 euros per month for a two bed or 600 ish for one bed. Bills included if possible, if not I can discuss. Thanks a lot and sorry for the people who get annoyed by these sorts of repetitive posts, I am just eagerly looking and struggling to find a place in such a nice touristy area to live.

This is up by us with fantastic views and quiet at night, and available a week before you require it, and includes bill up to 60 euros a months which is probably about right for one person if you wash say every other day. Should be very private too with nobody overlooking you and a good price:
