long term pet friendly rental needed from January 2016

Our community have just banned pets from rental apartments but owners can have them. Just make sure what you're liable for if you have pets as we had one couple who had a cat and dog despite being asked numerous times if they had pets and said no as we didn't want to rent to anyone with a pet. They still denied it when we saw the dog and cat but didn't know we owned the apartment next door and could actually see them. Anyway they were only there a few weeks and wrecked a 1000 euro leather bed settee and shockingly didn't get their deposit back after being evicted due to lying on the application. BTW we have a dog at home and would happily take him with us if it wasn't 1) so expensive, 2) stressful on the dog and 3) limited to the airports you can fly out of and back to.
