caixa catalunya bank

I am having big problems with this bank. I have tried to send e mails, telephoned them and sent registered letter but no response so cannot sort out the problems. They have sold out to BBV but they will not help either. Is it just me or is any body else having problems as well?:spin:

I haven't had any problems. But then I dont phone them. I either go in or use their excellent account website. Are you sure they have sold out and not the other way round?

Are we talking about the same bank? As far as i know their nearest office is now in Barcelona (used to have office in Zentral Center las Americas) so bit difficult to pop in and their website is I found not very user friendly but maybe you know something I dont as my training in accounts is probably out of date now

Perhaps we are talking about the wrong bank. Mine is Ciaxa Bank Los Cristianos.

Hi I also have an account with La Caixa and agree that their website is excellent and they have many branches you can pop into no Caixa Catalunya is another bank altogether.
