View Full Version : Other Advice please on water, dryers, best gas water heaters for a newbie to Candelaria

Hi everyone,
As said I'm moving to Igueste de Candelaria and although not new to Spain, I'm new to the Canaries!
Is the tap water drinkable or should I be thinking about a water filter, buy bottled water, etc?
Is a tumble drier essential? My daughter needed one when she was living in Gran Canaria but ......
Could anyone advise me on what sort of water heater I should be buying?
Any and all advice is welcome.

Hello, I live along the mountain from you in Malpais, the water is fine to drink comes from reservoir higher up. No need for a tumble dryer enough sun to dry naturally. I have a very good water heater made by Junkers. Hope this helps.

Hi anegib, yes it does, very much. Thank you! I'll have a look at the Junkers heaters and see what I can afford!!
